A full set will last as long as your natural lash cycle, which is anywhere from 4-6 weeks, depending on the individual. We recommend getting a fill anywhere between 3 weeks as that is the halfway point of one's shedding cycle.

Yes! Although we don’t recommend wearing any mascara that isn't extension safe or oil based products, as it will shorten the life of your lash extensions.

No! When applied properly, with perfect isolation and weight, eyelash extensions will not harm your natural lashes.

At Elysian, we pride ourselves in lash artists who are experienced and certified, the most important thing to them is the integrity of your natural lash. During your initial consultation they will evaluate your natural lashes to ensure you get the lashes that work best for your natural lashes so that you will never have damage or breakage!

Do not get the lashes wet for the first 24-48 hours including:

• Steam (saunas, jacuzzi's, steam rooms)

• Eye makeup remover

• Tears

• Swimming

This is crucial to get the best retention possible!

Brush your lashes straight as needed but NOT when they are wet

No oil based products on or near the eyelash extensions- this will compromise the bond of the adhesive

Do NOT touch, play with, or pick at your lashes

Do NOT use a lash curler on eyelash extensions

Thoroughly wash your eyes with oil-free face wash or eye makeup remover. Clean lashes are what will have the extensions have a tight hold. Any makeup, oil, debris will compromise the bond of the adhesive.

Please come with no makeup on. If you are wearing makeup, we will be cleansing off any eye-makeup on or around the eyes.

Do NOT curl your lashes before coming in for your appointment.

I reserve the right to cancel and charge your appointment in full if:

• You are a no-show

• You are more than 20 minutes late

• You fail to give 72 hour notice for rescheduling or cancelling your appointment for any reason

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you may do so online on the booking site or by contacting the studio any time up to 72 hours before your scheduled appointment.
